When at MSRP, this build is around $500. The 3500X isn't ideal for streaming as the lack of hyperthreading will hurt your gaming experience. Try finding a 3600 or an Intel 10400F. Whatever's cheaper.
Also, skip B350 motherboards and find a budget B450/B550 board.
