Pc build for recording/streaming games

I live in india and im tryna come up with a good pc to record videos and be able to run all games smoothly, i dont know much about computers but i read up on a bit about slots and all that and i just came up with a build, i heard its a bad year to buy gpu's so ill get a second hand one from olx or somewhere else, these are the parts:

not sure about the gpu and i think i missed a bunch of other stuff, but i dont know what, i would love it if you could tell me to replace anything or if the build will work, thank you!

Yeah, it's a bad year for GPUs. You should first check what GPUs you can find within your budget and then build around it so you know how much money remains.

When at MSRP, this build is around $500. The 3500X isn't ideal for streaming as the lack of hyperthreading will hurt your gaming experience. Try finding a 3600 or an Intel 10400F. Whatever's cheaper.
Also, skip B350 motherboards and find a budget B450/B550 board.
