This looks good to me. No major price-inflations in the individual parts. What are your main workloads?

Translate to non techie English please! Lol I'm using programs like GIS Arcmap, Photoshop, Illustrator then R, Excel, Word. Also games like Civ 6 but want to future proof and have Quest 2 to connect to PC later on though I think much of the processing on that is done through the headset...

The PC will run all of your Software just fine. Of course, if you work on more complex projects in Photoshop or plan on playing some more modern games, you might want to look into a stronger GPU such as an Nvidia GTX 1660 super.
