PC Builder Recommended Build: Looking for Advice

I'm looking at building my first PC and found your PC Builder, which so far has been really helpful. I plan to use the PC mainly for gaming, but expect that I may need to use it for remote work from time to time (my day job mainly involves CAD modelling and the like). Being new to this, I'm just looking for any advice and/or recommendations as I don't have the first clue where to start with determining things like if parts are compatible etc.

Thanks in advance!

Having read the advice recommendation post I should also mention that I'm aiming to keep the PC cost under $1500 dollars, and I am from the US

The Build looks good overall, though the GPU is quite underpowered compared to the other components. If you can get your hands on an RTX 2060 super or 3060 Ti for example at reasonable prices, that would make a big difference in your workloads.
