Definitely wait for the Ryzen 9 5950X to release. Also, you might want to stick with Nvidia due to better CUDA support in professional applications unless you're sure the application you use works well with Radeon. Other than that, looks pretty good to me :)

If you're shopping at the $300 price point, you could grab an RTX 2060 KO from EVGA. Ideally, though - try jumping up to a $500 Nvidia Founder's Edition RTX 3070 if you can in your region. It's extremely hard to find at the moment, so do check around.

The 5950X and the 5900x both seem to have low stock on launch (probably because they're usually low volume products). I've had the best luck with local shops rather than large retailers. Try that in your region?
