Hello, I need a PC for 3D modeling, texturing medium level, and developing games in Unity 3D.

- What's your Budget? - Around 2300$-2400$
- What are your main workloads and secondary workloads? - My purpose is to develop 3D games. So I have to model in 3D, texturing at a medium level, some animation of the models, and program in Unity 3D.
- Are you looking to upgrade the PC in the near future? - The idea is that the computer lasts 2-3 years at least without updating it, although it would not be a problem to update a component every 1-2 years either.
- What country will you be shopping your parts in? - I live in Spain but I will surely buy everything online.

CGDirector.com Parts List: https://www.cgdirector.com/pc-builder/?=6LJkS

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 3.5GHz 16-Core Processor ($709.99)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 ($89.90)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AC ATX AM4 ($169.00)
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080 8GB - Asus Turbo ($699.99)
Memory: 32GB (2 x 16GB) G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600 C16 ($179.99)
Storage PCIe-SSD: Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 1TB M.2 Solid State Drive ($149.99)
Power Supply: Corsair CX Series CX550M 550W ATX 2.4 Power Supply ($79.99)
Case: NZXT H510 ATX Mid Tower Case ($159.60)
Total: $2238.45

What do you think of this configuration? Any change for the better?
Another thing that I ask you to keep in mind is that I have never assembled a PC myself, so if everything fits without complications better hehe, thanks!

The CPU is overkill for what you need, you can save money there, big time.

Get a 3070 instead of a 2080 for about a 30% boost in performance, and save yourself $300, Zotac has a nightly drop at 9:41pm eastern time, 3070's last for about 6-7 minutes, so you should be able to snag one. I suggest the twin edge, has performed well for me.
Get a bigger power supply, suggest 650.

I second this. Get a 5800X or 5900X as you'll get higher single core speeds and can save some money on those extra cores you don't need. An RTX 30xx GPU too is advisable, the 3070 should be within your budget if you can find on in stock that is not price-inflated.

Many thanks to both of you for the tips, so I will make those modifications. As for the rest, everything okay?
Increase the power supply to one of 650? Which one would fit in this setup?

As for the assembly, do you think everything would fit smoothly (I am a rookie assembling a pc)?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 ($89.90)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AC ATX AM4 ($169.00)
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 (like this= https://www.amazon.es/PNY-Tarjeta-G...X™+3070+8GB&qid=1605794497&s=computers&sr=1-1)
Memory: 32GB (2 x 16GB) G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600 C16 ($179.99)
Storage PCIe-SSD: Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 1TB M.2 Solid State Drive ($149.99)
Power Supply: Corsair CX Series CX550M 550W ATX 2.4 Power Supply ($79.99). Should I upgrade to 650? like which?
Case: NZXT H510 ATX Mid Tower Case ($159.60)

Thank you very much, this website has been a great help to me, I will buy everything I can with the links on this website.

That power supply would work great, don't sweat the brand so much on the psu, they rarely fail, and when they do fail, it is typically agnostic of manufacturer. The rule of thumb is to buy a little more than you think you will need over the life of the computer, so a 750 should fit you well. Also, PSU's are transferable to your next computer, so they last quite a long time as an investment.

Regarding the CPU, yes the 5900x is great, if you can snag one. Dig in and monitor the reddits and drop monitors on twitch and twitter. Do the same for the 3070 to figure out how to get one in this environment of low supply and high demand. Inventory will improve with time, so be patient and wait if you can. This build should last you about 5 yrs.

Hello again, I'm sorry for so many questions and so much annoyance, but being a newbie I would like to have everything clear lol.
So changing the CPU, the GPU and the Power Supply I would keep this configuration.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AC ATX AM4
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 Zotac Twin Edge
Memory: 32GB (2 x 16GB) G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600 C16
Storage PCIe-SSD: Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 1TB M.2 Solid State Drive
Power Supply: Corsair RM750 - (ATX Totalmente Modular, 80 Plus Gold, 750 W)
Case: NZXT H510 ATX Mid Tower Case

Do you see it correct? The motherboard would be enough with that or better another superior one? In case a better one is needed, which one would you recommend?

I suppose that I could put aside an HDD hard disk to save the projects that I will no longer use, right?

Thanks a lot!

I see no issues, looks like a great build! Yes an extra hdd for backups/archiving would come in handy.
