Hi all,

I am desperate to get an explanation/solution for this. I have a custom workstation (specs below). i use this for motion design (after effects/fusion/c4d 2023 with Redshift).

The problem is that my workstation shuts down randomly when I am working in c4d+Redshift. I have checked the temperature of m y workstation but this is all good! Even did a total clean up but no luck there.

Is anyone out there who can give me advice on what to do next????

That's strange. Try removing two sticks of memory and check whether it happens.

And when you say Shut Down, do you mean it just goes black screen (like the power cord being pulled out)? Or it shows Windows shutting down? Or it blue screens?
