Blender rendering for animations.
Zbrush.
Adobe suit (premiere / after effects).
4k screen.

Yes, funds will become available, especially for additional graphics cards.

The build indicates a compatibility Note: - High-Profile RAM might require slight CPU-Fan up-shift. Not sure what it means but it makes me nervous.

This note just means you might have to move the fan on the cpu radiator up a couple of millimeters because it would otherwise overlap with the tall RAM modules. This is a non-issue.

The build looks good to me, though as is the case currently, gpus are very expensive, and you shouldn't be paying more than ~800$ for an RTX 3080.
