Setup for 4k and some 6k video editing?

Noob here so please forgive my ignorance.

I would like a desktop that can handle quickly and smoothly a lot of 4k and some 6k video editing and rendering with adobe premiere pro. I don’t need to pinch Pennies but I don’t want to throw away money on a supercomputer I don’t need either.

I would rather avoid building it myself and would like to know what company and specs you would recommend. Thanks.
