Hi, I build my first PC 7 years ago and now I need to upgrade it to be able to work with an 4K workflow in premier pro. Any sugesstions which parts I should upgrade and in which order? And how to not create bottlenecks? Or does it make more sense to build an entire new PC?

Intel Core i7-5820K CPU @ 6x 3.30 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
2x 8GB RAM D4 Crucial
250 GB SSD
2x 3 TB Seagate Barracuda Harddrive 6GB/s
Cougar PowerX v2 700Watt
Be quiet! Pure Rock

Would be very happy about any help and suggestions AL

It's probably best to get an entirely new PC. Yes you could do individual upgrades, but each wouldn't net you all that much performance increase, especially for 4K editing. Since you're locked into a specific socket with your Motherboard and max RAM amount, max pcie gen, etc, it would probably be a waste to upgrade your current PC, instead of leveraging the new platform.
