Video editing PC build - cutting costs?

I used the PC builder to create a PC for video editing with as low as a budget as possible. Is there any way I could make this cheaper without sacrificing functionality? Any help is appreciated.

The only thing I can think of is use the iGPU and skip the RX560. That would make it considerably cheaper but you might have some slowdowns when using gpu intensive effects.
