Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman
Largely about looking at and adjusting your behavior, but instead of a bunch of smoke blown up your ass in some sort of self help book way it is a deeply researched, highly intelligent and thoughtful book.

I could use something more fun to read. Also just want to say this site is great! I wound using the information on here quite a lot to do my first pc build in years. Needed a machine for Cinema4d and after effects. This site really helped me build a powerful machine at a decent price! Much appreciated.
