which Motherboards support dual gpu ?
and also tell which one is best from these four
for cinema 4d gpu rendering :)

Hey Az, what GPUs are you planning to use? If you want to retain the option of using multiple GPUs along with multiple M.2 storage devices, I'd go with X570. The MSI X570 Tomahawk and the ASUS X570 TUF Gaming are priced quite competitively in most regions and are good options (Tomahawk is superior wrt power delivery). For top tier extensibility, I usually recommend the MSI X570 Unify or the ASUS Pro WS X570-Ace.

is dual gtx 1060 work with gigabyte b550 gaming x v2 for redshift.

Yep, you shouldn't have a problem with that. That said, I think you'll find better quality boards in that price bracket. Check for ASUS B550 PLUS TUF, MSI B550-A Pro, or the ASRock B550 Pro 4 (in order of 'nice-ness').
