Hello, i found this 1500$ "The best 3d modelling and rendering" article
  • CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor
  • CPU Cooler : AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler
  • Motherboard : MSI X570 Tomahawk ATX AM4
  • Graphics Card : Nvidia RTX 3070 8GB - Asus Dual
  • Memory (RAM) : 16GB (2 x 8GB) G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600 C16
  • PCIe-SSD : Crucial P1 1TB, M.2 Solid State Drive
  • Power Supply : Corsair CX Series CX550M 550W ATX 2.4 Power Supply
  • Case : Corsair Carbide Series Air 540

Let s say i would like to make a little adjustment for the future proof by replacing
  • CPU : AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
  • Graphics card : GALAX GTX1660 Super
  • Motherboard : MSI X570-A Pro
  • RAM : 32GB G.Skill Trident
will this be okay ? Due to the overprice of GPU at the moment i do not think it is a good time to invest on the good one. Thank you :)

Tbh, I'm a firm proponent of buying what you need now, and not plan too much into the future. Technology changes fast.
What sort of workloads/applications are you hoping to handle with this build?

Hi Jerry, thank you for getting back to me. I wanna build a PC for 3D modelling and rendering (something like Blender) 🙂

I'd recommend just getting the best GPU you can find now within a fixed budget. Try grabbing an RTX 3060 at least.

Thank you ! So do i need to bring the CPU up to 9 or will keep it at 5 as the article suggested? And also the Motherboar, is X570 pro okay because Tomahawk is out of stock 😥.

Oh that's not too great a pick sadly. The X570 Pro from MSI isn't that good. What else is available at that price?

Completely depends on your budget. The higher you go, the faster it is :) If your budget can accommodate a Ryzen 9, I'd definitely go for it.
