Who are we?

We’re a close-knit group of CG-artists and tech enthusiasts who enjoy exploring technology that lets us get our work done sooner and more smoothly. Whether it’s trying to get a better experience while working on an active scene or zipping through renders faster, we’re constantly on the lookout for ways to get work done faster.

We passionately believe that a pleasant computing experience is quintessential to the creative process. Hence, we cover hardware, software, peripherals, and really anything that could make our professional lives more comfortable.

CG Director gets over 2 million unique visits a year (projecting 3M+ in 2021) and reaches a broad audience that appreciates and understands the work we do. Our growing audience of Content Creators consists of Video Editors, Photo Editors, Graphic Designers, 2D & 3D Animators, Motion Designers, Game Designers, and many other creative professionals.

If you have a question about building a PC, picking hardware for your workstation, troubleshooting issues with hardware/software, need any other help, or just want to chat – head over to the CG Director Forum and say hello!
