I've had this for a while now, probably over a year. It mostly gets the job done... but I have occasional instances of the HDMI monitor not displaying, keyboard/mouse not connecting, etc. which usually resolves when I turn it off/on again.
Also one of the back USB ports just completely does not work for me anymore! I'm hunting for a more reliable dock but this one still has all the ports/functionality that I need.
It would be cool if they'd add a dual USB C cable with a switch, so I could switch between laptop/desktop without having to unplug/replug.
UPDATE: Lowering to 2 stars, reliability issues have grown significantly. I've had instances where the dock gets stuck in a loop of turning on/off all of my peripherals repeatedly. And times where it randomly cuts out. Even turning on my webcam or unplugging/repplugging a keyboard sometimes causes everything connected to my dock to disconnect (monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc). It's becoming a nuisance. Possibly it's just too much data traveling over one USB C, or some of my standing desk wires are too long (causing weak, flaky signals). However, surely the dock hardware & drivers need to be improved to account for this. I'm always having to unplug/replug the dock or turn it on/off again, and the cable has to sit just right or else things cut out. Please improve it.

- Tips:
- -The dock is self-powered and needs to be connected to the power adapter to work normally.
