i am generalist, do modeling, render, animate in 2d and 3d
i choose this hardware:
CPU: Intel Core i9 13900K or 14700K (130$ cheaper)
CPU Cooler: DeepCool LE720 Liquid Cooling System
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z690 Aero D ATX LGA1700
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX™ 3090 GAMING OC 24G
Memory: VENGEANCE RGB 64GB 32GBx2 6000MHz CL40 DDR5
Storage PCIe-SSD: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB SSD Hard
HHD: 8TB
Power Supply: Green GP850B-OCPT PLUS Computer Power Supply
Case: T500 gaming

i want switch 13900K with 14700K because people say 13900K is hot and the temperature is very high, What do you think?
is 14700k as hot as 13900k?

and for motherboard in my region i have this choise as price Aero z690:
Gigabyte Z790 AERO G D5 440$
ROG STRIX Z790 H GAMING WIFI DDR5 412$
ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI D5 362$ to 400$
PRIME Z790-A WIFI D5 350$
Gigabyte Z790 UD DDR5 286$
TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS D5 227$
MSI PRO Z690-A WiFi DDR5 214$

Gigabyte Z690 Aero D ATX LGA1700 Not available

can you help me pick one of them?

Do you have any other suggestions for other parts? such as 14900K (50$ expensive than 13900K)
IS this cooling enough ?
please help

The 14700K temps are slightly lower than the 13900K's. That said, This architecture is very similar and all of them run a lot hotter than comparative AMD CPUs.

So what do you think I should do? Should I go to AMD?
Can you advise about the motherboard?
Are the other parts good? Especially cooling

It depends on your workloads. If you’re not actively CPU rendering, heat shouldn’t be too much of an issue either way.

As for the motherboard, the MSI PRO is one of the best value boards on shelves, atm. So, if you don’t have any specific requirements/connectors, I’d go with that and save some money. More so because Intel won’t be launching any newer gen processors on this platform anyway.

Cooling is pretty good I’d say, no real need to change :)
