Hi Guys,

so my PC parts arrived and I’m watching bitwits “How to Build a PC! Step-by-Step” Video while trying to build my own PC and I'm a bit lost... 😕
at one point he adds two additional fans to his build and I'm not sure if I would also need those.

These are the parts I got:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950x
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock 4
Motherboard: MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk Wifi
GPU: MSI Gaming Geforce RTX 3070
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM 3200MHz CL16 (2x16GB)
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 1TB
Power Supply: be quiet! Straight Power 11 750W
Case: NZXT H510 ATX Mid Tower Case

Should I get those additional fans or would it be unnecessary?
Thanks in advance!

It'll depend if your case came with some case-fans in the front or not. As far as I know, the NZXT H510 comes with one at the back and one at the top, right? You could place the top one at the front as an intake fan.

it's not strictly necessary, but recommended for better case ventilation. Better to have one or two case fans at the front and one at the back for good airflow.

The back case fan alone could create negative pressure in the case which will pull in air from the front, but this works much better with an actual intake fan or two at the front.
