Blender 3D generalist build

Hey! Thanks for this website it’s been great for learning about PCs for CG stuff!

I’m looking for a solid build mostly for using Blender. I’ve been using an old laptop with no GPU for rendering and it’s just not cutting it for what I want to do. I’d like it to be a good all around/generalist build since I like to do a lot of different stuff in the software. Animation, procedural/node based stuff (figuring out these 3.0 geo nodes has been a blast), modeling, some vfx and motion design, etc. would love for it to render decently too. I know its a tall order :)

I’m also a light gamer and would be using it for some music stuff but primary workload would be Blender.

My budget is around the $2500 mark and I’m in the US. Something I could upgrade later if needed would be great.

This build that the site came up with seems pretty good to me but this is my first build and am still learning so I’m not too sure.

any thoughts or recommendations?
Thank you!
Luc

Looks like a solid build to me. Blender's Cycles renderer and many other GPU renderers do tend to run faster (or at all) on nvidia GPUs with CUDA support, so you might want to check to see if you can find something like an Nvidia RTX 3070Ti or similar to swap with the 6700XT.
