Graphic Design Build - Question about Graphics Card Alternate

It's been awhile since I built a computer and I'm not sure about the hardware combos. Below is a suggested build for a new Graphic Design computer.

SUGGESTED BUILD
CGDirector.com Parts List: https://www.cgdirector.com/pc-builder/?=6M7Ns

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8GHz 8-Core Processor ($532.00)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 ($89.90)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AC ATX AM4 ($189.00)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660TI 6GB - Gigabyte Windforce ($649.99)
Memory: 32GB (2 x 16GB) G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200 C16 ($146.99)
Storage PCIe-SSD: Sabrent Rocket 1TB NVMe Gen4 M.2 Solid State Drive ($169.98)
Power Supply: Corsair CX Series CX450M 450W ATX 2.4 Power Supply ($64.99)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P300 ATX Mid Tower Case ($139.34)
Total: $1982.19

The GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660TI 6GB - Gigabyte Windforce ($649.99) has a very inflated price and I wonder if I can substitute this Colorful iGame GTX1660Ti Ultra 6G desktop computer game independent graphics card GDDR6 from Alibaba or if I'll have hardware conflicts or some other problems.

I'm open to suggestions and input and thank you in advance for weighing in. Am I missing something obvious?

Sure you can. There won't be an issue :)

I would up that power supply for sure. Grab something like a 650W if you want to retain the option of slotting in a more powerful GPU without the hassle of a power supply change. You can find a few good options here - Best Modular Power Supplies of 2021 - 550W / 650W / 850W / 1000W (cgdirector.com)

Also, if you're not sure whether you need a PCI-E Gen 4 SSD for storage, you probably don't need one. Can save some money there, by going for a regular NVMe SSD instead.
