Headsets choice

Hi guys,

What mics do you use when having online meetings, client briefings, and catch-ups with your team? I am currently using Sony MDR-7506. They are great headphones, but I think I need a headset with a mic from Logitech webcam. These are great for sound editing, but... webcam's mic picks too much noise from my kids screaming around as I work from home as many other people nower days. Any suggestions?

Honestly, I'd just grab a decent USB mic instead of buying a headset. You can get away with omnidirectional mics like this one (https://www.audio-technica.com/en-us/microphones/wired/type/usb/atr4750-usb) to minimize noise from other directions. A more premium option where you can adjust specific mic sensitivity low enough to 'gate' out any noise would be something like a Blue Yeti mic.
