Hi! I'm very new to this kinda stuff and not very tech-savvy. I want to build my own gaming computer, because as it is, my family's old Dell computer can barely handle Minecraft on low settings, so I can't play a lot of games I'm interested in. I'm on a bit of a budget because I don't have a full-time job, but I'm good at saving money and finding the cheapest prices possible, so essentially I just need good stuff that isn't super expensive, but I'm not afraid of splurging a bit. I'm from the US but I do most of my shopping online anyway. I also am interested in making YouTube videos and streaming on Twitch, but I don't know how much that impacts this kinda stuff. Like I said, I know next to nothing beyond the most basic stuff. I tried out that PC builder thing, and it said that I could post the build it gave me to the forum for opinions, and I figured I could use all the help I can get.

This is what the PC builder gave me:
CGDirector.com Parts List: https://www.cgdirector.com/pc-builder/?=6MYYX

CPU: Intel i9 10900k 3.6GHz 10-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: EVGA CLC 360 AIO
Motherboard: MSI Z490 Tomahawk ATX LGA1200
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB - EVGA XC Gaming
Memory: 16GB (2 x 8GB) G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600 C16
Storage PCIe-SSD: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive
Power Supply: EVGA 650 B5, 80 Plus Bronze 650W Power Supply
Case: Fractal Design Define R5 Black ATX Mid Tower Case

I would just like any advice I can get because I'm completely out of my depth here. Thanks!!

The PC Builder is now updated to account for newer CPUs from Intel too. This is a decent starting point for you now -

CGDirector.com Parts List: https://www.cgdirector.com/pc-builder/?=6N0I3

CPU: Intel Core i5 12600K 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor ($299.74)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 ($89.90)
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B660-PLUS DDR4 ATX LGA1700 ($194.34)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6500XT - XFX Speedster ($279.99)
Memory: 16GB (2 x 8GB) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200 C16 ($77.99)
Storage SSD: Crucial MX500 1TB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($104.99)
Storage PCIe-SSD: Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 1TB M.2 Solid State Drive ($109.99)
Storage HDD: Seagate BarraCuda Compute 4TB, 3.5" ($69.99)
Power Supply: EVGA 650 B5, 80 Plus Bronze 650W Power Supply ($77.99)
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 275Q ATX Mid Tower Case ($138.08)
Total: $1443.00

Here, I'd try finding a better graphics card at around the $400-450 mark at local retailers. If you don't need all that storage, can remove it. The memory kit you got in the first build is better, so keep that. Other than that, it looks fine to me.
