Hey everyone!
I just tried out the PC builder and got this result:
CGDirector.com Parts List: https://www.cgdirector.com/pc-builder/?=Db1Rt0v0loe
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 3.5GHz 16-Core Processor ($689.99)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 ($82.71)
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus ATX AM4 ($193.00)
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080 Super 8GB - Gigabyte Turbo ($769.99)
Memory: 64GB (4 x 16GB) G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200 C16 ($231.46)
Storage PCIe-SSD: Sabrent Rocket 1TB NVMe Gen4 M.2 Solid State Drive ($179.01)
Power Supply: EVGA 650 B5, 80 Plus Bronze 650W Power Supply ($74.10)
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case ($100.74)
Total: $2321.00
All the key names are in there – AMD Ryzen, Nvidia, Ripjaw, ASUS etc. I'm coming from a Macbook Pro, so trust me when I say just a superior CPU and the presence of a GPU – all those 3rd party render options, and I can finally experience Cycles at speed! – are enough to get me excited.
