I have an intel desktop pc it's like 1 year old so it still has a pci e slot and it will fit my graphics card. There is an i5- 9400 cpu so that should be fine. It has 16gb ram. I was just wondering if I could put a graphics card like a 3060ti (When it's in stock) on my oem intel motherboard, or would it like fry it or something?
Please help me out,

Thank you

You'll have to check two things. The Motherboard and the PSU. What are your models? You'll need enough wattage on the PSU and power cables from the psu to the gpu. The Motherboard needs a mechanical pcie x16 slot, and it should be at least x8 pcie3 electrical.

Ok It has a x16 pcie slot and I'm replacing the psu with a 750w one do it should withstand the wattage, but since it's like an oem intel motherboard it won't like fry it or anything right?

It shoudn't. If the Motherboard has the right power connector (usually 24-Pin) so it is compatible with the new PSU, you should be good.
