planning to upgrade to amd ryzen 5 5600 and rx 6700 xt/rx 6600 xt for unity (studying game developing still on basic).
would there be a problem using amd gpu to unity?
is ryzen 5 5600 enough or should i take ryzen 5 5600x version?

my psu is thermaltake toughpowerxt 575 watts 80 bronze
according to psucalculator my maximum is 483 should i upgrade it also?

Problem, probably no. But Nvidia is usually better at workstation applications and plugins, etc.

A 5600 should be good enough.

I don't think you need to change yet. But if you plan on upgrading soon (CPU/GPU), it'd make sense to up the wattage of your PSU.
