Hi, I'm new here. Can you please help and tell me about the hard wares (for video editing) listed below (compatibility issue). Is this build ok for my use?

Yep, all seems okay except the power supply. I'd recommend upping it to at least 650W to accommodate future hardware upgrades without changing it.
