New to PC builds and need a Video/Photo editing machine with some capability to game

New to this. I would ideally need a machine that can handle Premiere editing and photoshop. I made a build on this website posted below. Not sure If there is better build options or if I should wait for prices of Chips to go down. My budget is ideally 1600 with room for adding if it means better performance. I really need the computer for the editing of photo and video (1080p-4k) and audio files as well as running other basic programs (office, excel) and maybe some gaming but not necessary. Emphasis is on capability to handle large video and photo files.

You should check locally for a decent graphics card for around that price point. They're quite overpriced nowadays on major retailers so looking into local retailers would yield better results. Best would be an Nvidia 3000 series card. But you can also settle for a 2000 series card for that price if you can find one. You can save some money on your case as well. Put it toward getting at least 32 GB RAM.
