Hello

I am new to this forum and also to PC builds and I almost forgot I only ever use Mac normally! Thought I would save myself some money by building my own PC for editing video and it also sounds like a fun project on any downtime I might have.
Any inputs would be greatly appreciated on my first try below.

Many thanks

While that build would perform nicely in Video Editing workloads and is compatible overall, I'd recommend looking into buying an AMD Ryzen 5950X CPU if you can get your hands on one. The stock situation is a bit crazy right now, but if you can snap one up somewhere, that would be the best possible performance driver.

You'd need another motherboard such as the MSI Unify x570 or Tomahawk X570, but all of the other components could stay as thei are.
