Pc build help

im a college student with no idea what im doing, i want to build a pc but i dont want to bottle neck it, id like to be able to upgrade components later as i need. I am on a budget of $1,000 (usd) give or take a few hundred for the pc its self, i will figure out monitor and such later on. I plan to run forza and a few other games of the sort. If anyone has any advice or wants to help with a build list that would be a huge help. Thanks.

Our PC-Builder Tool really only recommends builds for content creation and professional workloads but you could take a look at the builds over on pcpartpicker for some excellent gaming PC build recommendations.
