Hi there, I posted yesterday on a potential build but haven't had any feedback or suggestions where others have. Not sure if I wrote something that didn't make sense - I am not technical. Anyway, my PC died, and the more I have read from this site and others, I realise that a custom build is for me. Today I purchased a Dell Ultra Sharp Premier Color Monitor and now I need to get the rest sorted. Is there an option to pay someone from your team for some advice on a build that suits my use case? Thanks

Hey Cath_HK,
We are looking into adding premium support, but until we have that up and running let me get back to you in your other thread. Your post is fine, we just haven't gotten to it yet :) We usually answer everyone based on first posted first serve, but now and then we might get it wrong :)

Hi Alex.
looking forward to the premium support. I am in the same boat as Cath. I emailed you last week but maybe email was not the best way? I understand the first posted first serve and that you are surely busy. Please let me know when you have a chance. I am planning on purchasing in the next month.

Love your article and the amount of info you have. Impressive and super helpful. I use 3D studio max primarily and keyshot for rendering although a friends suggested evee or cycle for rendering. I am a concept artist so my models tend to be messy and heavy as I do a lot of 3D bashing. I have an intel i7 with12 cores with 2 nvidia 780 and I d like to upgrade to something faster for both modeling and rendering. I don’t mind having 2 separate machines to divide modeling and rendering or one machine if it might make more sense. Should I stack up with more 780 since I already have 2 and use this rig for rendering? Or is there something better to consider?

Thoughts?

Thanks

Stephan
