Ryzen 5 5600x vs i5-12400f

as the title says I wonder which cpu is better Ryzen 5 5600x or i5-12400f with Gpu Gainward RTX 3060 12G
it will be used for 3ds max, vray, lumion, revit, etc.

Those two CPUs won't be too far apart in your workloads.

PS. Intel's 13th Gen is about to launch soon (10 days from now), so might want to hold off until those launch and prices settle down a bit
