Used Thinkpad P50 - Is it worth it?

Hello!
I am looking for a laptop for CAD and FEA and general engineering work. I came across a Thinkpad P50 for 650€ with the following characteristics:

Core i7 6820HQ, 4C/8T 3.6Ghz
16GB DDR4 RAM
512GB SSD M2 Nvme
Quadro M2000MX 4GB
Full HD Monitor 15,6" anti glare

Do you think it's worth it or should i double my budget and go for a Dell G5/G7 with a i7 9750H and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060??

Hey Philip,
Well, if you are able to double your budget you will of course have much higher performance with a 9750h and rtx 2060. The GPU on the P50 really isn't all that great. The CPU and RAM are decent and the Monitor is fine, but you'll be happy to have the faster Laptop if you can swing it!
