Pc purpose VFX artist : 3d Autodesk software, unreal, houdini, mari, substance painter, foundry soft ..etc
rendering,fur and FX.

Processor: i9 13900K

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black

Motherboard: ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI

Ram : 64GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5600MHz 32 * 2

SSD: crucial GEN 4 512GB PRO NVME M.2

Case: Asus tuf gt501

SMPS: COOLERMASTER MWE 1250 GOLD V2 ATX 3.0

Graphic Card:
Pls suggest me below GPU brand for better perform.

Looks good to me. But if you're doing any core-heavy work, Ryzen 9 7950X is the better choice.

Pls suggest me below GPU brand for better perform.

Doesn't really matter for rendering tasks as clock speeds aren't too relevant. Get whatever fits into your case without too much hassle.

RTX 4090 looks costly..
So i am planning to buy RTX A4000 it is good choice?

It's equivalent to around an RTX 3070 Ti. If you don't need a workstation GPU for your work, shop on the used market for an RTX 3090 or pick up an RTX 3070 / 3080 instead. It'll be better value.
But if you need a workstation GPU, the RTX A4000 is a good mid-level choice.
