Which one to pick up ? Ryzen 9 5900X or Ryzen 9 5950X

Hello everyone !!
Time for me to upgrade my "old" Ryzen 7 3700x but I need advice :
I have choice between Ryzen 9 5900x (336€) or Ryzen 9 5950x (475€)

I use mainly : After Effect, Cinema 4D + Octane and Unreal Engine

Which one do you think is the best value for money ?

(My GPU will be a RTX 4070 Ti)

If you're doing any sort of particle effects/simulations, the extra cores are well worth it. If not, you'd probably have a similar-ish experience with either of them.

Thank you for the answer ! it's a good catch for the particles/simulations, I risk doing some in the long term
