Trying to get the best bang for my buck. Anyone with DaVinci experience have some feedback?

Looks like a good setup for Davinci. You might want to consider a higher-tier GPU such as the RTX 3060 Ti, as Davinci does make good use of GPU acceleration and you'd see a considerable performance uplift over the 1650.

You could also save some money by going with just a single drive for starters and adding more later on.
