Hello guys,

I am a freelancer Landscape Architect

I am trying to make my 1st PC build for my work and some light gaming

Priority order - CAD, Photoshop, 3D Rhino, Rendering (Vray/Lumion), Gaming

If you have any knowledge regarding the ideal architectural monitors 4k, keyboards/mouse etc I am open to hearing it

BUDGET: ~2500 € + peripherials

Thank you in advance

What kind of Software will you be using for CAD? Most of your workloads will run well on a 3D Rendering / Modeling focused build as you can put together in our PC-Builder tool here.

Depending on your CAD Software, though, you might be able or have to get a pro GPU to make use of all features in that CAD software (e.g. solidworks). Most CAD Software, though will run well on mainstream / gaming gpus and you can save a lot of cash by doing so.

Thank you for your advice Alex.

I am using Autocad and maybe in the future, I might going to use Revit.

You'll be fine using a mainstream GPU like the 4090, 3090, 3070 etc., which are especially good for rendering in Vray and Lumion as well.
