workstation that will render well with adobe substance 3d

i have been researching about desktops that are capable of quality rendering as well as somewhat quickly in the adobe 3d apps. And i must say i am more confused as ever as well as realizing that this will not be a cheap endeavor. I have about $2,500 to spend and i would appreciate any advice or what parts i could use for optimal preference within that budget. Thank you
