Would this be a good PC to be used for mostly gaming, but also for occasional video editing?

I'm not too great with PC part knowledge so I would like some guidance.

Parts recommended by the PC builder:
CGDirector.com Parts List: https://www.cgdirector.com/pc-builder/?=6MzCv

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 3.7GHz 12-Core Processor ($549.00)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 ($84.90)
Motherboard: MSI X570 Tomahawk ATX AM4 ($252.61)
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 8GB - Asus Turbo ($419.99)
Memory: 32GB (2 x 16GB) G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200 C16 ($134.99)
Storage SSD: Samsung 870 QVO 2TB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($179.99)
Storage PCIe-SSD: Samsung 980 PRO 1000GB M.2 Solid State Drive ($189.99)
Storage HDD: Seagate BarraCuda Compute 6TB, 3.5" ($149.99)
Power Supply: EVGA 650 B5, 80 Plus Bronze 650W Power Supply ($59.99)
Case: Fractal Design Define R5 Black ATX Mid Tower Case ($147.46)
Total: $2168.91

My budget mainly is around $2300, but if necessary it can go up to $2500.

It's a great build that should have no trouble playing most modern games at high framerates and good quality, and accelerate video editing workloads up to high complexity projects. The blower-style GPU that is recommended in this build could be exchanged for an open-air cooled GPU, that usually has slightly higher performance in single-gpu configurations. Also, if you can get your hands on current-gen Nvidia GPUs for a reasonable price, such as the RTX 3070, that would be a great option.

You can save some money and just get a single storage device at first, such as the SATA SSD 870 QVO, and upgrade or add more and faster devices later on if you video editing workloads demand for it.

Benq el2870u is no doubt a performer! Having a 4k display makes it a perfect fit for gaming and movies. While doing the BenQ el2870u Review, we noticed that it is underrated with huge potentials like other brands such as Asus, Acer, and Samsung. But there are a lot of things to consider when deciding on the best monitor for streaming. Your needs will vary depending on what you plan to do with your monitor and how much money you want to spend.

If you’re looking for budget monitors, there’s plenty out there that won’t set you back too much but still provide quality features like high resolutions and refresh rates or even HDR support.
