I have decided to take the plunge and build my own PC this time round instead of buying pre-built. I thought it might be a fun experiment to try and probably will be a little frustrating too!
I have ordered anything yet, was hoping to get some opinions on things before hitting the savings.
These are the parts that I think I am going to buy:
Motherboard - MSI B550M Pro-VDH - £114
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - £190
RAM - Crucial 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR4-2666 UDIMM - £110
SSD - Crucial P5 500 PCIe M.2 - £75
Two components I am not sure on and hope someone can help, I do not plan on any gaming on the machine at all, I plan to use it to study and business. Next year if things do not go well in a job hunt, I am use the computer for content creation, such as YouTube videos.
I am wondering if anyone can give recommendations on both Graphics Cards and PSU. Ideally on both I wouldn't want to spend more than another £100 - £150 if possible
