I am one complete beginner so I don't know anything about pc building. [ Pls Help and I used the pc builder to get the parts but don't know what to do with it ]

You'll have to order the parts in the PC-Builder recommendation list individually and then assembly your PC yourself. That's how you can save a lot of money. If you think this is too daunting a task, you can also get a pre-built PC that you just order and turn on, but you'll have to usually pay around 20% more for the same performance.
